Good energy drink
I take this drink during my workout, start to drink it 15 min before and continue drinking it throughout the workout. My body used to feel so tired & achy after the workout, but because of all the vitamins in this drink, my body don’t feel so exhausted and no achiness. The taste is ok, a bit medicine taste in it and a bit too sweet, so I dilute it more with water.
