Works wonders
In a matter of days I could feel the effects it was having on my overall lower back pain. At first I thought it was in my head. Then I started noticing when I got up from a sitting position my lower back pain was gone. Then I started noticing the discomfort my left leg had whenever I lifted it to step up on the sidewalk curb was gone, I was convinced this stuff really works. That sensation of stiffness is gone. I decided that since these ailments are gone I would buy a cheaper version of this product, but then thought why mess with perfection? This to me is worth the 28 dollars. Maybe when I get two months in my systems I may try a cheaper brand but for now I am loving the body changes.MaryAnn

I take one capsule in the morning on an empty tummy and one in the even one hr before supper. They are good I used to have joint pains in knees but now I feel better. I bought more to give to my husband and my Mum. I feel light now when I’mWalking. My Mum had swollen ankles , after two weeks her ankle were back to normal. That was also a miracle. My cholesterol is getting better now. I would recommend it to any body to try it. It’s very good .👍👌✅ . The bad thing is they were few bottles remaining. We will have to call the manufacturers when we are out of what we ordered. I will hate to use another type of turmeric . This type is 👍👌👍👌✅💯 easy to swallow 👌

Curcumin and turmeric are good options, I think.
I started using this type of product on the recommendation of a neighbor who saw me using crutches (sudden hip pain). I had seen an MD who ruled out anything major, and physical therapy did not help. Along with heat treatment I believe this helped me recover within a couple weeks. Crutches were discontinued. For anti-inflammatory pain relief I believe this is a good over the counter product.Capsules are large. I found a mouthful of water with the capsule before swallowing is helpful.

Nothing Short of a Miracle
Many years ago I suffered from neurological lyme disease. Over the years the pain in my knees has gotten worse and worse. Then recently spread to my right hip and I panicked thinking the quality of my life was slipping away. I had been taking a joint supplement that was decent but then when the hip pain kicked in it prompted me to do additional research and I found this. The rest is history! It’s not just the hip pain disappeared I feel like I have new knees!! Whoever reads this review I promise you I am not exaggerating at all. I very rarely even write reviews but I had to share this information. Try it you will not be sorry.

Too bad of Shape
I think this would work for the average person but my knee is really bad shape, seemed after couple weeks to help some. If I stopped it I did notice.

Wonderful product!
I have inflammation pain in a hand caused by caused by arthritis. Turmeric had helped previously, but the company that made what I took – stopped making them. Recently my doctor told me to start taking Turmeric again. I really wanted to take something that was manufactured in America. This time I tried the PureNature 1300mg. This product is working great for me. I could tell in just a couple of days that it was going to help! Plus it’s easy to swallow and the bottle of yellow capsules don’t get all over your hands. I’m so grateful that I found it.
