I take it early in the morning with coffee and other supplements. Eat some food or avoid people because you will have dragon breath! For about two hours unless you eat about 20 minutes after taking it.

EXTREMELY STRONG SMELL
I would give it 5 reviews except these capsules REALLY STINK. If I hold one in my hand, my hand smells VERY GARLICY. It is authentic garlic, and that’s great, but you may want to get the odorless, as the smell is too strong as soon as you open the bottle.

Take for your brain. Improves cognition if taken regularly and long term.
I’ve been taking for almost three years. My cognitive aging has reversed, and my brain is getting better, not worse. I’m male and over 80. People complain that it leaves an odor. It does if you take it with a small meal or no meal. I take it was a decent size breakfast and a sparkling water and I dont really have a burp of garlic. The sparkling water and decent size meal definitely help. I dont think anyone should be taking any supplements on a empty stomach.

Strong Taste and Odor
We wanted a garlic supplement that was easy to swallow-hence the gel caps. The problem we have noticed is the taste stays with you all day long and when my husband sweats he reeks of garlic. We are going to have to go back to the the tablet form as we never had this problem with tablets
