I don’t feel a noticeable difference while taking Qunol CoQ10, but I believe it complements my other supplements and diet well. It’s easy to take, and knowing it supports heart health and antioxidant needs gives me peace of mind.It’s a bit pricey, but as part of a well-rounded routine, it feels like a worthwhile addition.

This vitamins are great. You only need to take one, however, if you have an issue with swallowing large vitamins, this may not be for you. You do get 100 mg /120 softgels which is great. I have the Qunol Ultra CoQ10 vitamins on my subscribe & save list.

Since I have been on this CoQ10, my cholesterol has come done. Great effective way to help lower your cholesterol. The capsule is a bit large, but I have no problems taking it. There is no smell associated.

The Best Form of COQ10
I have been taking 400mg of COQ10 for over a decade, which my cardiologist approved. This product is the best I have ever taken. 100mg of this helps me greater than the 400mg I had been taking. I have more get up and go, I am not as dependent on caffeine as I have been, and this price here on Amazon is better (about half) than buying it locally. I ‘heartily’ approve of this product.
