We’ve used this Co-Q-10 for years. Our doctor recommended it years ago because we take a statin drug and need a replacement for what the drug removes. We used to take a less expensive version, but read that this particular brand had proven to be better absorbed. Since we only take 1 of the 100mg tablets a day, we changed to this brand for hopefully better effectiveness. We have been very pleased with the quality.
