Better Than Knee Braces & Pain Killers
I have a bucket handle tear in my meniscus. It’s not overly painful but it does stay very, very stiff and the inflammation is apparent. Add to that, I work a very physical job and this stuff has worked like nothing I have tried. It blows all the pharmaceuticals out of the water. Follow the instructions and if you’re a larger framed guy like myself, taking 3000 mg won’t hurt, depending on your level of pain. If you do t need it, you don’t need it but it beats the hell out of gulping fist fulls of ibuprofen. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

No more discomfort
This is my second bottle of this Turmeric so I’m thinking it works. I had a knee that was starting to give me someproblem so I read about this and decided to give it a try. I take it every day usually in the morning after food. Iwould not recommend taking it without food especially if you have a sensitive stomach. After taking it for about2 weeks every day, I did notice that my knee was not causing any discomfort anymore.

Effectiveness:THE CAPSULES ARE LARGE however I found them easy to swallow due to very smooth surface and no after taste and the way these are designed for absorption in the body.

Upset stomach
Only took for two weeks. Probably a great product but caused me severe nausea. Cut the dose in half but still upset my stomach. Not saying this will happen to everyone.
