Rainbow Light vitamins are high-quality. I’ve taken them for years. I switched from the Women’s Multi of 150 capsules to this one, based on the ingredients. I forgot to check how many you have to take each day, so do note that the other one requires one a day, and this one requires four. So, you’re getting a month’s worth for a significant price, instead of five months.

Good Vitamin But Large
Think I finally found a vitamin that has the necessary ingredients to make a difference in how I feel.One drawback is the pill itself is rock hard, and can be difficult to swallow. Keep this in mind if you have had problems swallowing pills in the past. I used a pill splitter and cut it in half to see if that would make swallowing it easier. Did not work for me, it made it very scratchy on the throat. There was no taste.

I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels since I started taking these. I’ve been taking them for 3 years now. I gave 4 stars because it seems like my body isn’t absorbing them because my pee is neon green. I started taking half but still have the same results.

I have used this vitamin for years. There is no burping of it and no issues with that whatsoever and it smells like freshly cut grass which I personally like the smell of! It’s got everything I need and it’s all non-GMO or organic with a few little extra health foods in there in their proprietary blend. It’s big and it’s not that easy to swallow but it’s doable. Just take lots of water. It has no taste whatsoever.

The only Women’s natural vitamin that I take
I have used Rainbow Light vitamins for years, and I feel that they are THE BEST! I can tell a difference when I take them, indicating that they are effective and working as advertised! They are larger capsules, but they aren’t a problem for me to take. They do not upset my stomach or have a bad after taste like many vitamins do. I have a problem with upset stomach for a majority of vitamins, so I appreciate these!I like that these vitamins are organic and natural! There is no added sugar or colorings! They have been developed to serve 70% of daily needs!
