If I could give 6 stars to this protein I would. In the 10 years I’ve had protein on a daily basis, I’ve had this protein for 8 of them, this has been by far THE BEST in every way. I am lactose intolerant and to find a WHOLE FOOD protein is hard.The mixability is the best I’ve seen, I eat it daily with my oats or greek yogurt, other protein powders can’t mix well, believe me I’ve tried at least 10 brands.Flavor wise: blueberry cobbler is THE BEST flavor in the market, I took that for 5 years straight, then I switched to vanilla milshake so I could mix it with other things. Price is very competitive.Other than that, it’s nothing overcharged with ingredients, is literally REAL FOOD, all you want in protein.

Love this protein powder! Taste is great and mixes super well with water or milk. I often put it in my smoothies in the morning for an added boost of protein to fill me up!
