Cheap and Effective
Ok! 1st it’s a THICK liquid to get down. You have to be determined to drink it. The taste is mild/ neutral. I didn’t mix because I want the full effect! Now, that’s out the way. The oil is incredibly powerful. It took about 8 hours to work and it didn’t make my stomach feel like knots unlike other pills. I do feel cleansed and won’t be taking it daily due to the properties and cleansing effect. Since I’m increasing the amount of meat in my diet, it’s a great option to have keep things moving. I do recommend this product but use with caution.

Great castor oil, it do thisbfor 2 weeks and them take a break for another 2 weeks. It really does help clean me from the inside out. I go to the bathroom everyday 3 times a day.

Messy when applied to skin
I would only recommend this for internal use. The container indicates it can be used topically but it was not useful for me when I tried this. It does not absorb well into the skin it just sits on the surface. Trying to massage or rub this into the skin still does not help, it just ends up having as sticky or tacky feeling and even after letting it sit for hours it still was not being absorbed into the skin. I had to use paper towels and then shower to get the residue off the skin.I have a smaller Castor oil specific for hair and skin that is a much thinner consistency that my skin is able to utilize much better and has a normal oily feeling on the skin.I havent noticed anything extraordinary from using this internally but also no negative side effects either. The taste isn’t great but it also isnt the most terrible tasting health product I’ve tried.

It took about three days to work, the first day I took one dose and by that he third day I took three doses, and for about 20 hours it was non stop waste removal. All I can say is wow, I didn’t know it was possible to have that much in you.

Effective without being an emergency
I am getting great bowel movements. It is not hurry up and go like others. My is a gentle reminder to go number 2. I take it in the morning and before going to bed. It does taste not so great but acceptable. Especially with the benefits. I had my gulbladder removed in 2017 and I have never quite been the same. This is making a difference.
