I can’t recommend this tea enough!! I’ve told all my friends and family about it. I could tell a differance in my cycle after just 1 month! I ordered this tea because I was about to lose my job if I didn’t get my pms mood swings under control. It has helped with more than that though! My period cramps are very light, my mood swings are gone, I am having barely any bloating. It has also helped with my ovulation pain which used to be so bad it would wake me in the night and I would have to pop ibprofens and use a cbd rub on my pelvic area, lower back, and sides. I couldn’t even feel my last ovulation!! I wish I had found this tea sooner!! It has definitely improved my quality of life!!Update: My acne has decreased significantly! My skin is finally getting a chance to heal. Gah! I wish I had found this sooner!!

Edit: 3/24/25: It’s still working well! Definitely recommend. My hormones are doing so much better. Almost regular. I do 1- 2 cups per day.I’m trying to get pregnant and fibroid removal Surgery has my hormones and a choke right now. I’ve only for three days now. I measure my hormones every morning with the inito device so I am actually able to see what it is doing to my hormones daily. It appears my FSH is going down, which is good for me and my progesterone is also taking up which is also good for me. Prior to surgery my cycle was regular. I’m forty five TTC. The nettle in this increases egg quality. That was good to hear. I’ve been having these weird flashes at night but this tea also helped that go totally way away. Now I’m praying that regulates my cycle back to where it was prior to. I’ll keep you updated on my cycle regulating. I have not taken it long enough to see if it’s gonna do that yet, but I’m hopeful because I could definitely see results.
