Good combination of supplements
I liked how these two bottles targets two important areas that deteriorates as we age. My main purpose for getting this was more for the collagen than the keratin but I do need both. For the collagen, I like that it is mainly UC-II along with other supplements that are good for joints. It doesn’t tell me how much UC-II is in the blend. Also, the product’s page says that 4 can be take daily for intensive care. I did start at 2 each day and have been doing that twice daily (AM/PM) with meals. It’s difficult to know how well it’s working but I do appreciate the added direction to increase the daily intake. As for the keratin, I had usually only relied on topical products (shampoo/conditioner) to prevent hair loss. So, it’s good that I am now including keratin to boost healthier hair/nail. For both bottles, there is also trans-resveratrol which is a supplement I’ve started taking last year with NAD supplements. It’s good to see this type of supplement implemented in with other supplements.

Went through these and honestly didn’t really see much difference. I know supplements are not regulated so it’s all ymmv. For me, it didn’t do much. Given the price point, I probably won’t try them again. Hopefully you have better luck

Lots of Biotin & Collagen
I’ve just started using this set of vitamins in order to continue my “hair vitamin regime.” I’ve had issues taking liquid collagen (I can’t remember to take it because it lives in the fridge), so I was glad to see this set with collagen and hair vitamins bundled together. What’s interesting to me is that this contains much more biotin than other hair supplements. (usually they contain 100%-400% of recommended dose – this one is 10K% of the recommended dose). Like all hair vitamins there is a proprietary blend of goodies meant to help your hair grow. We shall see…I think with the double punch of biotin and collagen this will be a very effective treatment. I constantly use hair vitamins and have never had one that I was “meh” on. They all work. The key is consistency. If that is not true for this product I will update my review without hesitation. For now, they are working great!

Resveratrol and a nice combination for hair, skin, and nails — very low collagen
I ordered this supplement for my wife to add to her regimen. It contains ingredients relevant to hair, skin, and nails as well as inflammation and mobility.The ingredient available in both bottles is Japanese knotweed extract. It contains the antioxidant ‘resveratrol’. Between the 2 bottles, a full dosage will provide 400mg + 30mg, which is in-line with the recommended daily dose when taking this supplement.The amount of collagen is negligible — it’s only 1000mg (1g). Usually collagen supplements contain 5g or more. On the negative side, if you’re taking this primarily for collagen, then look somewhere else. On the positive side, if you are already taking a collagen supplement, then this won’t disrupt your routine because you won’t need to stop the other supplement — but take care if the other supplement contains Zinc, because this one is high on zinc, so make sure you avoid a high dosage.The 2 ingredients with high dosage are biotin and panthodic acid. Those are available in other supplements for hair, skin, and nails at a lower price.

Been Using Collagen and Excited To Add Keratin – Nice Small Caps Are Easy To Swallow
Well I am already sold on collagen supplements for my hair – and skin – and nails – and more after taking it a year. It works.I jumped at the chance to order this combo though as I have never tried a keratin supplement.I was delighted to find that these caps are smaller than most – making them easy to swallow.There are no weird tastes either – these go down very easy.Time will tell but I am giving this great combo 5 stars for now.
