The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up.Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I am so happy I gave these a try. It does have a mint taste, but I love mint, so it doesn’t bother me. I see that some people complain about if you take on an empty stomach you can still taste the mint, sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. I feel that my body has more energy. They are easy to take. Only have taken them for a month but decided to subscribe monthly.
