These are great multivitamins and taste like mint when you swallow them. The only gripe that I have with them was that some of the vitamins were chipped somehow in the bottle but they are still good to take. just found it weird nevertheless. two bottles will last way more than a month. I get these delivered every two months now. can’t go bad with these

I love this vitamin. After researching other brands with similar nutrient profiles, Roman Vitamins are definitely among the few who offer the most bang for your buck. No harmful additives involved. People complain about needing to take two, but that is the most efficient way for your body to absorb, store, and utilize the nutrients involved without throwing most of it out in waste. I take one in the morning before work and one after, usually before dinner because I still have work snacks digesting. Plus the mint taste is nice.

My boyfriend introduce us to this vitamin. i was intrigued at the smell of it and that it was catered to men.i hate the vitamins that taste is unappealing and if you repeat it in your mouth not pleasant… it has a minty flavor so makes it easier to take. So far i am on my second order replenishment.
