Love these products! I’m 62 and live in Arizona where it is very hot and dry, which is so hard and aging to your skin. I started using these religiously morning and night. I could actually see a difference within three weeks. My crows feet are plumper and less pronounced. My turkey neck is tightened and my face looks firmer overall. Very pleased to finally find something that works but doesn’t cost a crazy amount of money. Highly recommend.

Great product
I love this and have used it for a long time. Goes on smooth and creamy, soaks in immediately but doesn’t burn or make my skin itchy. It actually gets rid of my under eye bags. I put it on in the morning before I go to work and by the time I get there, no bags. Great product. It actually works unlike some of the creams. The longer you use it, the better your under-eye bags and lines look.

Nice jar but that’s about it.
I liked the jar with its two separate compartments but that’s about it (I might wash it out and keep it for travel purposes with other products). I have almost completed the jar of product and it did not do any better than my usual/go-to eye cream from Olay. In fact, I think Olay does better. Specifically, the eyelid gel – no matter how little I used or how well I applied it – left my lids feeling “sticky” (for lack of a better word) and difficult for applying my eye shadows and eye shadow primers. No matter how long I waited for it to fully absorb it still left this weird sensation of creasing and tacky-ness. The under-eye cream did not seem rich enough (again, compared to Olay) and didn’t really do anything to diminished fine lines and wrinkles. It moisturized nicely enough but nothing to write home about or run and tell my girlfriends to try. I also don’t like eye creams (and eye serums, etc.) that constantly get exposed to the air because they’re in a jar. I think a tube is always better at protecting the integrity and purity of a product you’re using around your eyes! Hello! No matter how clean your hands are, you are still sticking your fingers down into the jar risking contamination of the product each time. You also get a more precise amount of product each time when It’s in a tube cutting down on the potential of “wasting” product. So, for me, bottom line, I will not be purchasing again. I hope this was helpful.

Retinol too much – Update May 30, 2024
I bought this product line, even though I read the reviews that it may cause a reaction. There were some good reviews, and there were some that stated they could not use this product due to the product irritating the skin. Indeed, after 3 weeks of using this product, I did have a reaction where my face broke out and was red on my forehead and around my eyes. I tried reaching out to RoC, because the return window had already passed with Amazon. RoC was concerned and sent me various emails, wanting information such as what my issue was, which products I used, receipts from Amazon and pictures of the products. RoC stated they would start a refund request. RoC replied saying because of when I purchased the product from Amazon and me contacting them was past 45 days. Now they are asking me for before and after pictures showing what the product did. I don’t have them, I replied with that. Now I’m waiting for RoC to respond, but I believe, all RoC is doing is giving me the runaround and have no intention of refunding my money.Update from ROC -5/28/24Hello Cathy,Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience as we reviewed your refund request. I have just received this item and am very disappointed with the package. Firstly, the box was not being wrapped with cellophane. Once I opened the bottle the product inside are only half filled up and one side looks like someone has dipped a finger in it. I am concerned of this product is not authentic and will not be using it.
