I take magnesium glycinate every evening for my restless leg syndrome. These have been by far the best product I have used. I like that they are 400mg each and I only have to take 1. Most come in 200mg size causing me to go thru them much quicker. I have also noticed that these are much more effective in helping me sleep as well. I will be buying them again.

Great product. We had take two of the nature made 200mg where these are 400mg and only need to take one each day. The price online with these compared to nature made us a cost savings for us. It does what we want it to do for us so we cannot complain about this product. To say it does better than the other product is something we cannot honestly say.
