The Pros –
Easy to use
This scar cream comes in gel form in a spray like bottle which contains about 1.76 fl oz or about 50 ml of this gel like cream. The gel is transparent in color and easy to squeeze from the bottle. It didn’t leave my skin sticky and got absorbed by the skin quickly. I could easily control the amount of gel that I wanted. The gel has a very smooth texture and is easy to spread across the skin.

Old keloid seems more pliable
Have an old keloid on my right shoulder (from a mole removal) that I’m really self-conscious about. It’s this ugly, fleshy bump that’s more raised than the mole that was removed. Kind of reminds me of a pencil eraser but slightly larger. Might be placebo effect, but it feels more pliable than it did after a few days. I can feel more movement as I massage with less force applied. Hopefully with more time it will shrink some.Dislike: The amount of gel I get each time is approximately twice what I need for this scar. I’m not using a full pump, either, because I KNOW it’s small. Feels wasteful.Also note: The packaging and instructions have typos sprinkled throughout them. It makes me nervous to see a lack of care in these. The product description currently shows under-eye masks rather than stuff about this scar cream. Product may be fine, but it makes me worry that there’s a lack of quality control for the actual cream.Caution: The product warns you to not use it on broken skin. Follow that advice. I’d been massaging the scar before this cream arrived and felt a bit of skin peel off as I rubbed. I thought it was just dry skin, but when I applied the product, it stung. I think I had a small tear along the scar’s edge. If you have a new scar, you need to wait until any stitches are out and skin has formed over the area.

Time consuming
Love the idea of this but it’s not practical. Can’t say whether or not I see a difference. I like scar tape better. No muss, no fuss, stays on for long periods of time I think it would be great used in conjunction together

Better than a cream
When I ordered this gel I thought it was a cream but when it came I found it was a silicone gel with retinol. I have been using a cream but I like this gel even better. I’m putting this on my nose after having a melanoma removed and there is no noticeable smell that I notice. This gel is a clear gel and dries to a dull finish just like other medical grade silicone gels I have used.

Getting better
I’ve been using this scar gel to help fade my scars, and so far it’s been working great. It’s small and portable, so I can take it with me and use it anytime. The gel has a pump, so I just press it gently to get the right amount, which helps avoid wasting any. The ingredients are safe for all skin types, and I haven’t had any issues with it. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave any residue, and my skin feels really comfortable after using it. After a few weeks, I’ve noticed the color of my scars is starting to fade and the texture is getting smoother. I’m really happy with the progress, and I’m confident that with continued use, it’ll keep getting better. I’m excited to see even more improvement.

Marks from Before and After
After my second kid, I counted the familiar stretch marks across my lower stomach, small reminders of how my body changed. There’s also a scar from a surgery years back, one I stopped thinking about until this cold, dull scar gel entered my routine. No excitement, just the routine of squeezing a bit onto my fingers, smoothing it over pale, raised lines, hoping for a change that might or might not come.The clear gel left no sticky residue, which made it bearable. It dried to a faint, matte finish. My fingers, when pressed against my old keloid on the shoulder, felt a slight difference. I could move it more easily under my skin, almost as if the tissue became softer. But maybe that was just my mind tricking me. Either way, it didn’t sting as long as I kept it off raw areas.The gel didn’t have a strong odor, nothing to make me wince. The bottle itself seemed simple, although I noticed a few spelling errors on the instructions. I used less than a full pump, not wanting to waste. It’ll be weeks, maybe months, before I know if any of these marks change, if at all. Until then, I’m rubbing it in, waiting.
