I started using this religiously twice a day from 12 weeks. At 30 weeks I increased to whenever I needed throughout the day as my skin began to itch to distraction, bordering on the point of wanting scratch until I drew blood – I was then prescribed a menthol based cream which I used as well as Sebamed. I can very happily confirm that I did not get a single stretch mark!Now is this down to genetics (my mum and sister didn’t get stretch marks either but, they were also 15 years younger then myself for their pregnancies), or that the pregnancy didn’t go to full term (I had emergency c-section at 35 weeks so missed the final ‘stretch’), or perhaps a combination of all of the above? Regardless, I would definitely recommend this product to all other pregnant ladies out there – it smells very pleasant as well as being absorbed into the skin (I found the ‘butter’ based products sat on top of the skin).

I’m currently 20 weeks, so still have quite a bit of growth to do, but I’ve been using this cream since 10 weeks and love it. My breasts grew very quickly in the first couple of months, resulting in broken blood vessels. They were itchy, sore and uncomfortable. This cream has reduced the signs of the spider veins and is so soft and cooling on my growing bump and boobs. It’s not greasy, doesn’t stain clothes and is just a lovely cream to use, very light but hydrating. I’m hoping it’ll keep the stretch marks at bay, but I’m happy using it just for the relief I get on application.Highly recommended.
