This is a lightweight, gentle serum adds hydration to my skin. I use it in the morning and night. It has a mild fragrance that disappears within a couple of minutes. The serum spreads easily and is absorbed rapidly, within seconds. There is no residue or sticky feeling. I just like the way it makes my skin sense gentle and silky.

This serum light oil texture and goes on pores and skin smooth. It without a doubt smooths my forehead lines and makes my skin tons smoother and greater supple! I’ve tried different hyaluronic acid serums but nothing has this one beat as a way of texture, application, and effects.

Surprised at all the great reviews. I chose this because it is considered a “clean beauty” product with less toxins than most. No “fragrance/parfum” which is great. No smell to it. Goes on a little tacky. For me, it does not make my skin feel or look anything different. It does not leave my skin hydrated. It does not make my skin brighter. For reference, I am pushing 50, with normal to dry skin and very few fine lines. I already use an arsenal of high end “clean beauty” products. I do like the ingredient hyaluronic acid, which I already use on a daily bases, but I do not notice the effects in THIS product. Hyaluronic acid normally leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. THIS product, whatever dosage is in it, is negligible. This one for me would be a pass.

More for younger faces
I tried this, hoping it would help with my elderly skin… no go. It leaves my face feeling tight, but after moisturizing I see absolutely nothing different than just using my moisturizer alone. It might be great for those with younger skin trying to keep it from aging, but once you’ve already started? Nope, doesn’t do anything for me. And I’m not fond of the feel of it on my face. So I can’t give it a bad, 1 star review, because, as I said, it might be great on younger skin. But for those whose skin is already showing signs of age I’d suggest a different product, this one doesn’t seem to do anything for us. But it DOES have a nice, clean scent!

Effective, But Pricey, Face Serum
Research shows that Hyaluronic Acid helps combat aging skin, and I’m convinced serums containing it are among the most cost-effective ways to keep your skin looking younger. These serums often combine Hyaluronic Acid with antioxidants that may provide additional benefits. This product adds mushroom and root extracts, and you pay a premium of 3x compared to other serums containing Hyaluronic Acid and ingredients like Vitamin C or Retinol. I’ve been applying this serum each morning and night for the past couple of weeks, adding a moisturizing cream at night. All you need are a few drops to cover your face and neck, so the bottle will last for some time. It goes on easily and has little scent. I believe this serum is at least as effective as the cheaper serums that I typically use, and over the longer terms it’s possible that the antioxidants will provide additional benefits.

Skinlocity Re-Serum Anti Aging Face SerumThis serum has such a silky feel and the price of $15 currently is a good deal for these ingredients. It really helped rehydrate my super dry and sensitive skin. It plumped up fine lines and even helped with the texture even after just a few uses. It is full of antioxidants like Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract and Inonotus Obliquus Extract which are both in the mushroom family. There is also Glutathione which helps with skin regeneration and to me, is very soothing to the skin. This serum contains hyaluronic acid which is a much have in a good serum. It is a humectant which means that it attracts water (moisture) from the and from deeper layers of the skin. Your body naturally produces this but production decreases as you get older which is why your skin gets dry and ages. So adding hyaluronic acid to your skin helps reverse that. I have noticed that my skin hasn’t been as dry as it normally is during the winter months and is great paired with my night and day creams. My skin has been showing a lot of improvement from using this with my regular skincare routine. I would definitely recommend it.
