Unfortunately the patch didn’t work for me. I put one on an was awake all night . the next night I used 2 but didn’t get the rest promised. I’ve used a sheet of them and also take niacin and melatonin at night. Stickiness:Was fineQuality:didn’t work for meEffectiveness:nope

Better than you would think!
These are simply an amazing product. I have a lot of trouble sleeping, in fact I have what’s called Sleep anxiety, where the idea of not falling asleep is scary enough to keep me from sleeping, my brains special lol. These though put me right into a relaxed state and drowsy, usually within 30 minutes or so. They stay on easily and are hard to miss since they are blue so you’re unlikely to forget them. They are comfortable, small profile, and affordable. I also have to mention that I had an issue with an order and the company was immediately on top of things and made it right without any fuss. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.!

Wanted to use this product for at least a week so that I can give an honest review. I have actually been using for about 12 days now and I am extremely impressed!I have suffered like many, with very poor sleep, waking up every couple of hours and taking forever to get back to sleep. It has literally been years since I had a restful, deep nights sleep where I didn’t wake up multiple times during the night.I have tried every product known to man, and even though they may have helped, a good nights sleep still eluded me.This product is easy to use, doesn’t irritate my skin and stays on all night long. While I still wake up during the night, it has been cut down by over half and that is huge for me! When I do wake up, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly.This product is a definite part of my daily night routine and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve received, so far!

I have used a capsule form of herbal sleep aides for years and they have become unavailable. Thought I’d try the patch version a try and I am very pleased with the results. If you expect to be knocked out like a chemical sleeping pill, that is not what herbal forms do. They are meant to relax your system to help you fall asleep easier and to stay asleep longer. I do other things, to slow down my system at night but these patches definitely relax me and help me fall asleep more quickly and stay asleep longer. Sometimes I sleep 7-8 hours and sometimes wake up 1 or 2 times a night but have no trouble going back to sleep. These patches help relax your body and mind and are safe to use daily. I have used the patches for a couple of months and they seem to be more effective than the capsules.
