This works just as well as the more expensive name brand one I was using from vitamin shop. I take it along with the unison , not the Benadryl but the docyxxxwhatever, and it keeps me asleep all night instead of waking up and not being able to get back to sleep.

Sleep!! What sleep!?
Did not work for me. It’s like if I gobbled a huge cup of caffeine. Was awake the night and slept only three hours. I was not feeling sleepy at all from this-even though I took it one hour before bedtime as recommended on the bottle.I will try it a second time and see, and will review my comments, and give it what it deserves if anything at all.P.S. I ordered after reading the great reviews! I’m wondering now if there is an ingredient that I reacted differently than others.

So what’s the deal? I was in the USMC. Nights were long, days were longer. Time to sleep was always erratic and none existent. I typically run around 5 hours of sleep now and no I don’t enjoy it. I’ve been going to Walmart for the gummies that barely work and I need to always have a couple. Mind is running on overdrive and even sleep is light.I’ve been taking these for a couple weeks and I want to share that they are amazing. I end up finding myself relaxed. Ready to head to the bedroom and when I shut my eyes I feel content and fall right asleep. My sleep is deeper and my pattern feels like it is starting to normalize.Take a shot on them.
