These vitamins are fantastic! I just take a B-12 complex and a D3 along with them and my daily vitamin needs are much more complete! They smell good, taste good and best of all, they won’t make your stomach upset if you eat them on an empty stomach. These gummies are the best I’ve ever bought. I just wish they weren’t as expensive as they are.I got the bottle with 180 gummies. I bought these on sale as it was an amazing value at that price. A serving of these is 6 a day, which did catch me off guard. They arrived in perfect condition as well. They taste extremely good and melt in your mouth as you chew.I didn’t experience any side effects such as stomach upset or indigestion. The ingredients look really good and I didn’t see any dyes. The gummies themselves smell fruity.As for the vitamin effect, I did feel they were potent enough to help with my slight vitamin deficiencies. They are tasty and were effective. I only gave it 4 stars because a bottle not on sale is usually around the $30 dollar mark. I’ve seen gummy supplements for half that price with around the same amount. So use this information however you want. Thank you!

Ingredients have changed – I am not into Algae
New formula is 3 gummies vice the old formula of 6 gummies per day. Less does not mean it is better. The new formula gummies tastes bitter. Plus the Omega formula is NOT from fish but from Algae. Apparently not good for you at large doses. Please bring back the old formula. I think the company was trying to save money by reducing the number of Gummies per day and thus smaller, cheaper bottles. I am sorry, but I recommend going back to the old formula. If not, I will have to find another product.

Very poor bottle opening system. I have bought a bottle and the opening lid is simply not opening. It is so confusing.. I dont know how to open this now.
