They Seem To Help
I take these when I have events or holidays as my sugar levels run at the bottom of the warning level. They do seem to help keep my sugar in line. The taste is a bit odd, but I do not care as I want the results.

Tasty, a bit gritty texture
Very interesting flavor. The textures is a little different from typical gummies. I thought it was gritty. I looked forward to taking these and felt they were effective. Recommended!

Recently I’ve been having weird glucose spikes… by recently I mean the holidays are making it hard to manage it. This was great and I started to normalize out a bit. Def glad to have these.

Tastes Like Fake Sugar
I was not a fan of these because they taste so much like artificial sweetener. I am sure the actual ingredients in them are decent so I feel a little bad for the low review, but I really could not get past the taste. I tried taking them two days in a row and on the second day I just could not with the taste. Some folks may not mind that flavor as much so then these would probably be a good choice for you but they just are not for me.

These contain ingredients that help keep your blood sugar down. I am taking them, but the flavor is not good in my personal opinion.
