Great for energy
These are awesome when it comes to needing energy but one problem is I get heartburn every time I take them still I take them now I need them on a regular basis I really only need them when I need to work or be on my feet for a long time so I only take them as needed but when I need the energy they work well I would love to keep getting them but the price is way to high for me to buy them now I have to try something cheaper and I worry it’s not going to be as good or help me as much as these do anyhow I highly recommend anyone who reads this to buy them if you need energy if your not looking for a lot of energy then take less then it says to other than that they are awesome and really do work I’ve recommended them to friends who’s bought some I should get a huge discount for that.

The product (NATURAL ENERGY & METABOLISM BOOSTER) was delivered quickly. Say one I took two of the supplements and found I was a little jittery-not too bad though; it got me outside doing yard work all day (which I haven’t been able to do in a while because I felt so sluggish). Say two I took one capsule in the morning and one before lunch. No jitters! Just good energy for the entire day. While I’m only a few days in, I’ve noticed my pants fitting better and I’m compelled to do more physical activity and she’d the pounds. Thank you for such a great product!!

Increased energy for sure!
So far I’ve taken this for a week. I started with one a day and I could feel a difference. My mom noticed I was very chatty and full of energy and she did not know I started these supplements. (This was my first day taking them) After a few days I did not feel they worked as well with one and my body had adjusted so I started taking one in morning one in afternoon. It just makes me soooooo nauseous that’s why I gave them 4 stars. I do not like feeling like that and it is INTENSE. To the point I truly feel like I will vomit. I take them with food but that does not make a difference. I’m going to continue to try these to see if my body adjusts and eliminates the nausea because I do like the energy and it does not make my heart race. My mom asked to try some too. She said two definitely worked for her but she too had strong nausea. I’m still hoping for some weight loss too but I am a post bariatric patient and gained weight after pregnancy. Need to exercise more to know if that’s helping. Oh! They make me feel hot not long after taking them but that’s temporary.
