This multivitamin does the job
This multivitamin does the job, I feel the difference, my energy levels improved and it’s helping me during these winter days where everything looks grey and cold outside. Yes, they smell and have an odor but somewhere I read its because they don’t add preservatives and that’s when I decided to order it, I’m soo glad I did, thank you Solaray, keep up the good work, low or zero preservatives are always welcome in my household.

My husband finds the vitamin quality to be good Well, as the value for what you get Have not noticed an energy level change, but he’s very active already. He is not Taste or smell You can do the vitamin contents in the photo

Good for both eye health and artery health
I used to take special vitamins for both eye and artery health. However, this multivitamin has the key ingredients for both of those. Perhaps in a little less quantity, but should still be enough to help. Assuming those additives do something for each of those conditions

Good amount of vitamins. High energy version had 800% RDA of vitamin. Way too high for vitamin A, IMO. This is more moderate.

These seem to work ok but why so much Biotin? the Recommended daily amout for Biotin for adults is 30-100 mcg so why does this contain 300 Mcg/1000% ??? And I don’t mind the smell. It smells natural to me which is much better than flavoring.
