This is a great brand! I work in an Urgent Care and I’m around a LOT of sick people,I started to feel sick so I ordered this and took it immediately and the same day my sore throat went away and I felt back to normal. I take one tablet along with my breakfast on every alternate day for 3 weeks and pause for one week and then repeat the above cycle.Tablet size is slightly big. Always consult your doctor or check your blood reports to determine if you need additional supplements.
