The 360° roller makes application easy, and the 5% caffeine gel feels cool and refreshing. You have to pump it a few times first time you use it, it goes on smoothly. I follow the instructions—roll from inner to outer eye, circle a few times, then gently tap in with my fingers. It takes about a minute per eye for me. I showed a video of how gently you have to squeeze another gel comes out.Once it dries, my under-eyes feel tighter and well-hydrated. I’ve been using it morning and night, and so far it’s helping with puffiness.
