Some relief for the older guy
I experience some lessening of restriction in my urine stream and some even more relief of the urgency men get with an old prostate. Yea, it’s a bitch, but what are you gonna do. Major surgery, touch up treatment of the urinary tract thru the prostate (Supposed to work) that is way expensive. That’s a last resort for me as I have been and will remain a bone head. I use it one pill, twice a day, as it is a type of steroid so I am not going to over due it. I also take a palmetto capsule once or twice a day. So there you go. Update upped the stars to four .

I didn’t read the label before ordering. I didn’t know the tablets came in different doses. The bottle looks the same as the larger tablet…my bad?

I have the worst stomach on earth.People often make the mistake overloading on supplements.Beta Sitosterol always gave me stomach problems- no matter the brand.These do not and the dosage is ideal and I can spread it out over the daywith no bad side effects.
