This is great stuff
I use the tablets for convenience. It’s easy for me to take a small bottle with me on trips and pop a handful when I need a boost.You can actually feel the energy surge after taking spirulina. The tablets might take a little longer than the powdered form mixed in juice, but this seems to give the lift faster than powder mixed in a protein shake.The quality of this seems excellent with no off tastes or odors.Also the price is good for the convenience and the quality.Tip; I mix 50-5o Spirulina with Chlorella tablets. Two small handfulls of that combo with a glass of good water easily replaces a lunch. It takes away my hunger and gives me a nice energy surge for the afternoon.This may sound a bit gross but for a few days after you start taking this you stools will small awful. This clears up after 3-4 days after that they will have little to no smell. I think this is the detoxification effect of the chlorella and maybe not be the same with everyone.

Good product
Received the product without issue. The product DOES smell like fish. But the product is made from algae, so what do you expect? Don’t breathe thru your nose until you’ve swallowed, and it’s fine. It does not create bad breath, so no harm no foul.

Great additive to a blue green algae regimen
I take source natural blue green algae with this supplement. I find it helps with energy and digestion problems as I have aged.I was having problems with dry stools and I restarted taking algae products when this happened and I started drinking more water. Protein Boost
Spirulina solved some of my problems.Often I don’t have the energy to do much but sit. Imagine my surprise to discover that the likely culprit was occasional high blood sugar (I had always thought the more blood sugar the more energy).Doing searches on the Internet, I found the suggestion that Spirulina may help problems such as mine. In further research I discovered that the Mayo Clinic actually found that Spirulina is a superior source of protein and is highly digestible (compared with beef, which is tough to digest). Spirulina contains zero sugar and only one carb, but is full of protein and vitamins. Spirulina is not medicine, it is food. Actually I believe, technically, spirulina is a food supplement.As a food supplement, Source Naturals Spirulina is full of vitamins and minerals as well as protein. The ingredients include: Spirulina, Vitamin A, K, B-12, and the minerals iron and potassium. The spirulina “yields” 2 grams of protein per serving.With the occasional high blood sugar problem, I have been instructed to avoid simple carbohydrates, especially highly processed carbohydrates. I am also told to increase the protein in my diet, but keep the calories under control. These instructions have been hard for me to follow. One of the better effects of spirulina is that it somehow reduces hunger while improving the balance of my diet. So, in a sense, I am dieting while eating three square meals a day.With this food supplement, I can already feel some difference. So I recommend spirulina.

Bad buy! Get capsules!
I do not recommend these! They do not digest completely and “come out” almost as they went in. Absorption is absolutely zero. I tried at different times of day, with different foods, different drinks, tried acidity with juices, still no result.

Absolutely disgusting stinche
I cannot and will not ever take these supplements. Just opening the cap off of the bottle made me gag and nearly throw up. They reak so bad of rotten fish that I threw them out. Such a shame, since Spirulina has such great benefits. Wish I had known that before I bought them 🙁 Oh well.
