High Quality Wellness Supplement
I just reordered the Source Naturals Wellness Formula for myself and family. We’ve been taking this supplement for several years now and have been very pleased. We typically will take this supplement for the following reasons:1. Someone feels like a cold may be coming on2. During travel and vacation when we around a lot of people3. During times of stress (work, final exams at school, etc.)Based on our actual experience, we have found that this supplement can really help to boost the immune system. As you know, it is NOT a cure for the cold, but can help prevent or minimize the duration of colds or other bugs. Regarding side effects, the only thing we’ve experienced is your bowel movement may be a bit looser than normal when taking a higher number of capsules daily for cold prevention; however, we have found this not be problematic and if taking for more than a few days; your system should adjust. The capsules are also easy to swallow.Stay Healthy & Enjoy Life!

Works, but may cause nausea
I am unsure about the true efficacy, but my brother and sister in law swears by this.I decided to get it when I was feeling sick prior to an upcoming trip.I took one shy of the recommended dose amount for when you’re feeling ill. I was incredibly nauseous and felt worse the rest of the day (skipped other doses) BUT I felt better the next day. Like on the up&up, no longer “coming down with something” Note: I was also taking Vitamin C prior to and after this dose, so that likely aided too.I was feeling super sick, so I don’t think it was a coincidence I felt better the next day, but I also don’t know if it was worth a day of nausea?It could have also just been my illness? A lot of speculation here… But I’ll add one more thing:I am usually sensitive to stuff… So if you’re super sensitive to supplements or have a weak stomach, I’d avoid this. However, if you have an iron gut, I think it’s worth a try, especially if you need a quick remedy. As mentioned, I know of people that swear by this product.My 5 stars may be weird, but it’s because I think it works, I just wanted to note that it may come with side effects too, especially for those that are sensitive like me.

The capsules are easier for me to swallow with milk rather than water. This is one of those times when results may not be as noticeable unless I stop using the product.
