For the flu, it eases body aches and headaches. For both colds and flu, It shortens the time I’m sick and helps me feel stronger.It’s a preventative supplement that I take daily before the beginning of flu season until it ends. It’s far less likely that I’ll get a cold or the flu because WF strengthens my immune system. This year I did get the flu but it was far less severe than what friends and family experienced.The formula has never changed since I began taking it, which was sometimes in the ’80s. WF is definitely worth the price. It’s a high quality product with a long history of success.

Best product ever for fighting colds & flu!
This product doesn’t taste that good & the pills are large, but it is the best product ever for keeping illness at bay or easing symptoms. I have used this for more than 20 years. When I feel the first inkling of a cold or flu coming on, I take this product religiously for 2 or 3 days & poof! I feel better & am on my way past whatever’s is trying to get me. I recommend taking with food. They do have a capsule available if you can’t swallow large pills. Love it! The price has come down a lot since I started taking it. I keep this available all year round & take with me on vacations just in case! I have tried others & this product outshines them all!

Balance your body
I take 3 of them, thrice a day when I’m about to be sick, but I’ve been taking one a day during quarantine, and its amazing how they just balance my body and my mood. They are huge and taste awful and should only be eaten with food, but it is well worth it to add these to your daily vitamin regiment. Don’t use these as a replacement for a daily vitamin because there is no calcium or folic acid etc, but it’s a great addition.Buy a lot of these.

Bitter Pill to Swallow
I depend on these pills and have for over 3 decades. I don’t know why they changed something, but they did! These tablets leave a very very bitter taste on your tongue. This was never the case. What did you do?? Having said that, these are about the ONLY product on the market that truly helps boost your immunity at the first sign of illness. If you take them correctly– 3 tablets every few hours for the first two days.

Best vitamins must get!
I started working at a nightclub and noticed that i was getting sick every two weeks. I take these on the nights i work and as soon as i start to feel the bug coming i take 3 every 3 Hrs like it says to do and wake up completely brand new the next day!!! They’re magical!! Get them!!They do have a bad smell/taste to them but you get used to them and i had a hard time swallowing them at first but you get used to it and can now take them with no problem
