Great oil to cook with too!
I was turned onto MCT oil a good 15 years ago, early on in my strictly keto years. I have continued to use it, even as I’ve changed my diet for myriad reasons.Following the science, I use it as my everyday neutral oil, in cold and hot preparations. The fact that it is tasteless with a high smoke point makes it the perfect neutral oil.I keep it in a spray/pour bottle, and it’s very convenient.As to this particular brand, I’ve been using it for about six years now, and it’s consistently good, no problems, in a well-designed bottle that doesn’t leak. Good quality, no palm oil, which is very important to me. Highly recommend.

My first time trying this and I love it. I never had MCT oil before. I am very happy getting this brand. I am not new to this brand. I have take supplements from this brand. Although Aports Research can be pricey, it is a the quality that matters and the research, the testing of it and they indicate the date it was tested. you can even request for the certification. I added a tsp of this MCT oil to my coffee. It is too early to tell but for now, it’s tasteless and I like it. Mixes well. Very happy. High quality stuff.Update: 2 weeks passed and my skin is smoother. Feeling great adding just a squeeze of this into my coffee. I love this brand!

Caution the bottle has a squeeze cap which makes it difficult to measure, I suggest you remove the top to pour, so you don’t squirt past your intended target. I will be purchase again.

Product was nicely packaged but cap broke on first opening. It’s impossible to pour a small quantity with the broken cap and result in an oily mess most of the time. Currently using tape to close the cap, hoping this does not affect quality of the oil.
