A Must Have For Better Circulation!
I had surgery on both of my legs. Due to blood clots, and poor circulation. Even though I exercise. I couldn’t walk more than a 1/2 mile without stopping due to the poor blood flow. Now I can walk a mile with no problem. I’ve incorporated other leg exercises that I couldn’t do previously.
