Mostly awesome
I just started using them but they seem to be effective but there is a learning curve. I have used similar products so I wasn’t shocked to find that like them these work better if covered. I put one on my back wear an athletic shirt I have a nice warmth. If I lay on my back on the bed it honestly feels like I have a heating pad under me. I have used the tiger balm gel pads and I liked them but they fell off this one is much more of a secure stickiness they are also fairly inexpensive which is a bonus. It is helping my pain. The drawback is they smell bad, almost musty, I don’t care for it at all. It’s not unpleasant enough discontinue usage but it’s a fair bit rough.

OK, These do have a weird smell but get past that and try them. These things actually worked better than more expensive similar patches I’ve tried. I am so glad I gave them a chance, my shoulder feels better and I was able to sleep without constant pain last night.

Sensitive skin beware!!
I have sensitive skin but have worn IcyHot patches before and never had any issue. I also used another similar patch to this a few days before purchasing these with no issue. I used these patches 3 times and while wearing it the third day my knee started to feel warm (not in the way it’s supposed to) so I took it off, thinking something wasn’t right. A day or 2 later an itchy, red rash formed where the patch had been. After having the rash for a few days and treating it with normal hydrocortisone cream, the itching got the best of me and I couldn’t fight it. I definitely made it worse with scratching but the rash then spread to the full area I had worn the patch. My entire knee is now swollen and inflamed and the itch is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’d HIGHLY recommend skipping this product if you have even remotely sensitive skin.

Smells good. Does help with pain but not ideal for people with sensitive skin. Can leave a rash. Does not stick well when you’re working. Falls off when you sweat.

These worked as well as the name brand patches. They did stick on a little more firmly. I liked that because they stayed on all day. There was a strong odor at first of essential oils, but I did not notice it while wearing.
