Finally! A sunscreen that works and does not burn my eyes.
I am unable to use chemical or hybrid sunscreens on my face because they “melt” and destroy my eyes. Living in the south means daily sunscreen year-around is a must – having found this product is a godsend. Unscented, no chemicals to discolor my clothes, no titanium dioxide so no purple-white ghostly cast, easily rubs in. Simply perfect!!!

Minimal white cast
I have used a lot of mineral sunscreens. This sunscreen has a white cast, but it’s one of the most minimal casts that I’ve seen and I really appreciate that. It’s also not super shiny which is also great.

Great Product and Lasts
Sunbum mineral sunscreen was perfect for our week trip to beach. It goes on thick and does take little longer to rub in . However a little goes a long way. Do not need to use as much . My kids, my husband who burns easily, and myself didnt get sunburned at all while using this. You do need to reapply like any other sunscreen every few hours. I would definitely purchase this product again in future.

Great coverage
I am out in the sun a lot and have melasma that I treat with retinol so a good sunscreen is a must. I like this one because of the coverage. The feel is silky but a little chalky as well, and it does give a white cast when first applied but absorbs pretty well. It leaves a dry touch and I find it great for when I’m gardening because it is sweat resistant. If I were going out to a social event the white cast would be an issue unless you wear foundation which I do not, but it would probably be a good primer. I wish it had a nice fragrance but it is completely neutral so great for those who can’t tolerate scents. Sun Bum also makes a little gel stick for the face that I love and smells great, (like Juicy Fruit gum!), that works well also. Overall this mineral sunscreen is great for the face, coverage, and environment.

This is my must have item for every beach trip! Having a sun and sunscreen allergy (pictured first), this is the only product that allows me to enjoy my favorite outdoor places without having to fear rashes & swelling (pictured second)! You get Zink, but no “tropical” scent
Great product. I wanted a Zink based sunscreen for my face, but I was hoping it would still have the Sun Bum traditional “tropical” scent.Sadly nope.I’m mixing it with the traditional Sun Bum 30 so I can get my tropical feel while keeping my face safe from sun damage. Hopefully I don’t turn green 🙂

Perfect for ghost face costume with s*c panther smell
I’m sure this is a great product that works well. Unfortunately for me, this will only be used as a base if I ever want to put on a ghost face costume.Plus, the pungent smell; it smells like, like a used diaper… filled with… Indian food. But 60% of the time it works every time. (Bonus points if you get the reference).
