I add this powdered maca root to my Nutribullet smoothies. I have tried many other “boosts” or supplements, but this one really makes a noticeable difference in my focus, energy and stress levels. I work in a busy hospital and am mentally and physically stressed with the demands coming at me. The maca helps me get more done and stay calm when I have to make quick decisions. It provides mental clarity. It doesn’t give you the “wired” feeling of caffeine. I’m a big fan. I got a bigger bag this time. My husband and I both use it, but it does go a long way. He also notices a boost in energy and focus, which is great as a dad to young kids and as a martial arts instructor. This company has fast shipping. You can also find this brand on the PrimeNow app. The bag has a ziplock top so we don’t have to worry about it being stored in our pantry. The flavor isn’t too strong, I add it to any kind of smoothie and don’t notice much of a difference in flavor using about a teaspoon in a large smoothie. Highly recommended!
