Too soon to know, but so far I love these
I have only been using these for a few days, but so far I really love them. I cant take them 3X a day, but I really look forward to taking them at lunch and in the afternoon. I feel like they really help me focus and reduce my urges to fog eat. The caffeine is enough to give me a boost pre-workout, but I NEVER feel jittery, anxious, or unable to sleep later. I do wonder if they have a slight diuretic effect, or if that is just me drinking a ton of water, but I would say I feel less bloated. The flavor is pretty good too, not bad at all, enjoyable even. I dilute it in at least 20 oz of water and let if fizz away 100% before drinking. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in value is because these are really expensive. However, if these work like promised (along with eating sensible food and working out), I will up that to 5 starts.Update. It has been about 2 weeks of taking these twice a day. I would not say I am shedding weight or dress sizes, but I really do like the way these make me feel and when I take this consistently I can definitely say I seem to make better snacking choices. Maybe it is all mind over matter, but these are chalked full of superfoods so even if it is in my head, I am getting some good stuff in and it’s working. Will try a second box and will update again.Update again, it has now been about 6 weeks I have been taking these twice a day. I still would not say that I am shedding weight or sizes at all, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! Bloat? gone (well nearly)! Energy? Great! Eating habits? Very much improved! I love these! The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is that they are so darn expensive. But if I keep feeling this way I think I am going to increase to a 5 start despite cost.

These do seem to work well!
I read many good reviews about skinny tabs & decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. I’ve only been using them 3 days & one per day so far. I have already noticed increased energy. Today was my first day at work taking one & by mid to late afternoon I am normally dragging & can’t wait to go home but today I felt so much more alert, it was truly amazing. It has helped some with my bloating issues but not as much as I want yet. Maybe it will take more time then 3 days, also I may have to try increasing to two tabs a day. I wanted to start out slow because I am sensitive to many supplements & prescription meds. I am also very happy that I have not suffered any negative side effects! This is huge for me! I just want to say for anyone who’s skeptical, don’t be, these seem to be helping in only 3 days so they must be good! The taste is not too bad either, the first time I put one in 16 oz. of water & that was a bit strong so next time I tried 20 oz. & it tasted much better that way! It pretty much just tastes like a berry flavored water. The shipping was also super fast. I am very happy so far, I will have to update on here as time goes on! I am excited to see what other benefits I get. I highly recommend & you’ve got nothing to lose as they offer a money back guarantee!

Feedback after a week and a half…
So I can’t say that I have been using the product long enough to really have any input that can gauge the effectiveness of the product, but I will be continuing use and possibly introducing some adjustments to my diet and level of physical activity to see if I notice a more drastic difference…I’ll start out with the taste. It’s not terrible, if you’ve ever tried the raspberry flavored emergen-C powder, it’s sort of similar to that, and it is by no means something that is so unpleasant it can’t be consumed. After a few days it actually started to taste kind of pleasant. It is not overly sweetened and it does not have an artificial taste at all – it might be considered by some to be a dash on the chalky side.I’ve been using 2 tabs a day (one AM, one PM) for 10 days, and while I haven’t noticed significant weight loss, I do feel like it helps with my cravings for food both late night and upon waking up in the morning. My weight has remained stable with a range of +/- 3.4 lbs.I have not had any adverse reactions to the product – no heartburn, indigestion, stomach discomfort, or any of the like.Upon continued use and with the possible addition of specific physical activity combined with dietary restriction, I hope to have a better understanding of whether or not this product can be considered effective as a weight loss method.

Not for fybromyalgia sufferers!
I was really interested in this product because I have fibromyalgia and I thought wow these things will help me with a lot with my inflammation that I still have on top of my medication. I was skeptical because of the Stevia in it because I don’t like Stevia. They say it’s a natural sweetener but to me it’s just as bad as Aspartame or Splenda. But I thought since all the other things in it were so healthy that maybe that would counterbalance any effects of the Stevia. Boy was I wrong! I am in so much pain right now after taking it for about a week and a half a week… I started feeling more pain and more pain and couldn’t figure out why am I almost back to my original fibromyalgia pain before I was diagnosed… my muscles ache I just feel fatigue everywhere and then it finally dawned on me it was the Stevia! So if you’re not ultra sensitive to artificial sweeteners like I am maybe this product would be good for you but if you’re dealing with anything like what I have stay away from it because Stevia just like Splenda , Aspartame, Sweet & Low, Equal… all of those sweeteners for my body are nothing but poison! Maybe if they came up with a version without Stevia or any kind of sweetener I would get it and then I could sweeten it with honey if I wanted to. So shout out to the manufacturers think about that!
