Not only is this product cheap, it’s very effective and high quality. Pure green tea as opposed to green tea extract that most pills have.This product is great combined with proper exercise and diet. Gets the job done!
I’ve been taking these for a few months now and have noticed a pretty noticeable drop in my weight. Along with exercising and not stuffing your face, these could definitely help you lose some extra poundage. Just drink lotsa water, try not to go crazy on sugar, exercise at least an hour a day, and these pills will work wonders. Not only are they cheap, but they work!

Nice little kick
I bought these because of the price but have taken the green tea supplements before. I actually like these but keep forgetting them in my car. They give you a nice pick me up a few minutes after you take them. The most I’ve taken is two at a time. They keep me awake when I need them and no jittery side affects.

Super antioxidant
I love green tea and wanted to get all of the benefits of EGCG and the abundance of polyphenols (the antioxidants that eliminate free radicals and cancer cells!) without drinking my weight in green tea, and so I bought these bad boys 🙂 They work great, and boy do I need them too since I work with children who are pretty naive about germs and spreading them everywhere. But needless to say that I have not gotten sick while all of my co workers have which says a lot. They also give me a boost of energy that I need when I go to the gym straight after work, especially after playing tag for several hours (my kids love tag). Overall these are high quality and keep me feeling fresh and ready to go at all times.

Congratulations to Swanson Vitamins for being the first to capsule whole green tea instead of green tea extract at a very affordable price! Green tea extract does contain many beneficial antioxidants such as EGCG, but also poses certain risks because it is not a whole food, and label precautions must be followed. This whole food product has none of these risks. But what benefits does it deliver? The label only lists green tea leaves as the sole ingredient. We offer a premium green tea vegetarian capsule product (Guardian From the Earth Whole Food Green Tea Capsules) where the nutrients (EGCG, catechins, polyphenols) are listed on the label, and they are competitive to green tea extract products without the risk.

It works for me!!
I’ve been taking this product for almost two weeks. And I do notice the difference. It gave me a great source of energy during the day and really helped my weight management. Since I got injured and couldn’t go to the gym, I was afraid that will affect my body weight. But the product does it job! I feel like I am now losing some belly fat!!! Great pills
I really love these pills. 100% better than any green tea pills I have ever taken. I use these for both weight loss and general wellness. It has definitely helped me with both. I take 2-6 pills a day, an hour after meals. It helps me stay regular and I have lost 10 lbs after about a month while using these pills. I will continue to use these pills.

An effective supplement
I have been taking the green tea supplement for 4 weeks, twice the dose that the bottle recommends, walking 20 minutes daily and have lost 21 lbs. without any change in my diet. (I still enjoy the occasional cheeseburger and fries). I have yet to found another supplement that yielded that kind of result. I don’t know if the weight loss was due to the walking or the green tea, or the combination, but I do suggest trying this routine. Swanson Vitamins is the most inexpensive source I have found (with fast mail delivery) and walking is really kind of addictive. I had a hard time at first going out to walk, but wanted to see if the plan would work and I can easily say, it did. Good luck to you! One thing I can say with certainty, is that the supplements I have purchased from Swanson have been cheaper than most and still effective.
