Gives Me an Energy Boost!
Green Tea extract is something interesting to consider. I had it around to add to creams and then I decided to add a dropperful to my protein shake. It tastes great and gave me an energy boost to get things done around the house!I am starting to read more about the health benefits of green tea and thought I’d get started on it early! The bottle does not say how much caffeine is in it so I don’t know except to say it seems about as much as a cup of coffee that would give me about the same amount of energy. Except the energy seems more awakening mentally like I am feeling a renewed clarity after drinking this.I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. I just love how easy it is to add this green tea to drinks and beauty products and you don’t have to wait for tea to brew or cool down.~The Rebecca Review

Good Product!
Very good Product for a great price, just wish it came in a bigger bottle.. Mine is empty now, so sad. This gives a really nice boost of energy, better then a fresh brewed cup of green tea. Tastes really good in a quart of hot water and a few drops of stevia.

I decided after being tired of overpaying for diluted facial serums to google all the best things to put on my face. I bought each of the products and put a drop of each in my palm and mixed with my finger tip and put on twice a day. The results were very impressive. I started getting lots of compliments fast. No more tired old skin. It’s about 7 bottles and weekly I do a 30 % glycolic peel and a dermaroller and an exfoliating pad in the shower( not all on the same day of the week). I ran the idea past my bestie who is a dermatologist and she said it was fine. Big win!! My friend also told me she would write me a script for 8% bleaching cream but told me not to combine that with my Vit C serum to lighten sunspots. Feeling positive!
