From a hospital stay with bp 200/99 to a bp of 137/70!
First let me say, always check with your doctor regarding any health issues you may have.When my bp started climbing I didn’t pay it much mind, until the night I was rushed to ER for a bp of 200/99 and a three-day hospital stay.They sent me home with a pile of prescriptions which, being a naturalist, I didn’t want to take. So after much research, I decided on a few natural products. Pure Heart being one of them. Between Pure Heart and a few other natural products, my bp now registers at 137/70! I also have fewer headaches (probably due to lower bp).I can’t guarantee it will work on everyone, but it did for me. Yes, naturals cost a bit more financially but considering the side effects of the chemicals, I prefer to trust mother nature. After all, she’s been around much longer than the pharmaceutical companies! LOL

Seems like a good product
I’ve been taking grape seed extract for years for cardiac health, basically on its own amid a plethora of other supplements that have entered my radar.I ordered this because of Swanson’s reputation and the fact that this also includes resveratrol. It takes two of these capsules to deliver as much grape seed extract as the brand I’ve been using, but the addition of resveratrol makes it worth it to me.As to effectiveness? Who can tell with just a month’s worth of a supplement, but I’ll be willing to keep taking these to find out.

This is a great supplement in that not only does it work to lower blood pressure, but it is also an easy to swallow capsule with NO side effects. I am a 59-year-old female with previous age and stress-related high blood pressure of stage one. Just constant red lights were on my blood pressure cuff systolic and diastolic. Thankfully, with these and apple cider capsules my blood pressure readings have been in the green. I will keep these as part of my daily regime and very happy I have the opportunity to try them.

Easy to swallow capsules for the heart. You get a nice sized bottle. Serving size is 2 pills per day. Contains 300 mg of grape seed extract, 20 mg of policosanol and 150 mg of trans resveratrol. Other ingredients are brown rice flour, rice extract blend and rice concentrate. Pills look fresh- good quality and seem to work well. Good for circulation. If you’re looking for this type of pill i’d recommend them.

I love this. I read about wholistic supplements and bought policosanol supplement (it’s basically a kind of alcohol ) to help lower cholesterol. I took a couple of bottles while changing my diet and exercise, everything went down to normal. Then I stopped.Recently, due to lifestyle change and career change, I’ve gain weight.So I got this really great combination of policosanol and grape seed extract. I used to take grape seed extract because of the strong anti-oxidant power. Now, two good things in one veggie capsule!hope I can push myself to diet change and more exercise and with the help of this product, I should see my cholesterol drop and weight loss soon!

Ingredients are supposed to be good for your heart. Easy to swallow. No problems whatsoever taking this supplement.
