Nature SPF, good choice
My first nature SPF! With grass fed beef! I have been searching for this kind of product for a while. It came in a small jar w/ white cream. I was afraid in the beginning that it might be greasy, but it is not. This is a mineral sunscreen. Smells like lemon but very light. Works well on my skin, absorb in a few minutes. Yes, you do need to blend well. No irritations after using it.

I’ve tried so many “natural” sunscreens over the years, but this tallow sunscreen is the first one that actually feels good on my skin. The texture is rich but not greasy, and it blends in better than I expected for a zinc-based product. It worked great to prevent sunburn in Mexico. It does leave a white cast, however, that’s to be expected with zinc. I bought it for a natural, toxin free sunblock option

If you can get past the smell, you might love it.
It’s animal tallow, I should have known it would smell terrible. I can’t imagine anything that could be added that would be natural, that could mask the smell. I can’t attest to its sunblocking powers, the thought of baking in the heat, while wearing, this induced nausea. It smells like a room full of wet rawhide, dog toys.It absorbed well, and didn’t feel too greasy, or smothering.

Amazing all natural sun balm
I had a bit of a rocky start with my first jar, it actually made my skin burn, which surprised me. I reached out to the seller, and they immediately responded with excellent customer service and sent me a replacement. I’m so glad I gave it another try because the second jar has been wonderful! The balm goes on smoothly, feels nourishing, and works just as I hoped. I think my first jar may have been a bad batch, but the replacement has completely changed my mind.
