Pimple Punisher Extraordinaire!
I’ve tried countless acne treatments, but this little tube of Taro Adapalene Gel is like having a magic wand for my face. After a few weeks of nightly use, my skin transformed from a battleground to a beacon of clarity.Pros:Effective: Banishes breakouts and keeps new ones at bay.Chrome Web StoreGentle: Unlike some harsh treatments, this gel is kind to my skin, leaving it smooth and irritation-free.Affordable: Comparable to pricier brands but without the wallet sting.Cons:Patience Required: Results aren’t instantaneous, but good things come to those who wait.In summary, if you’re on a quest for clearer skin, Taro Adapalene Gel is a trusty sidekick. Just remember to moisturize and give it time to work its magic.

Best price for quantity
This is the best price you’ll find for a tube this size. I’m 45 and use as part of my fight against “old age” face. It’s less irritating than Retin A and of course is more convenient since it’s over the counter. This and a good moisturizer and you’ll be looking 16 again! It smooths, gets rid of acne, stimulates collagen to help with minor wrinkles and prevent as many wrinkles as you’d get if you used nothing, and it reduces dark spots. Of course this all takes consistency and time, but it’s worth it and far less expensive than doing nothing and waking up one day and forking out big bucks for cosmetic procedures. Great price. Great size. Fast delivery. Same effectiveness as any other brand of adapalene (I work in a pharmacy and have tried tons.)It also is in my teenage son and daughter’s bathrooms. Wash with gentle cleanser, add this adapalene, and moisturize. Teenagers are not good with using multiple products and being consistent. This is one easy and effective thing you can have them use.

Bye Bye Acne!
My 16 year old swears by this stuff. It’s cheaper than the name brand which is great! And it works. He puts it on after he showers. Clears up acne very quickly. Try it, you won’t regret it.

It helps
I started getting this because every other OTC product did not work–not even a little. I needed this because I’ve been on TRT for 2 years and the back acne was getting bad/painful. After messing with all the soaps, cleaning regimens, etc, I tried this. It knocked down about 40% of the issue, so it was noticeable. I would start here before getting more prescription strength products.

Older user here!
I haven’t seen reviews by an older person and this might be helpful to others in that category. I’ve used Origins’ retinol product for many years. It’s very good, gentle, but expensive. Adapalene is very inexpensive. I’m 76 and am hoping for some fine line reduction, and smaller, clearer pores. I no longer have acne, but did. Adapalene is very harsh and drying. I followed Adapalene application with a hyaluronic acid serum and a moisturizer. Using it every 2 or 3 days, and thinly applied made my skin dry, dull, tight and flakey. It might have helped clear and tighten pores, but that’s hard to tell with those results. Skin normalized in a few days without this product. I will try more adaptations, mixing it with a moisturizer, and revise this review if possible. Update: 3 wks. later: using alternate nights. It took that long to normalize. Gives a faster cell turnover for clearing skin. Be sure to use moisturizer and high SPF sunblock daily.

Just as Good as Name Brand for a Great Value
The product arrived in good time and the packaging was all good. I read many other reviewers say that they received a much smaller tube than they were expecting. I don’t know what they were expecting but the sizing was clearly marked in the product info and I received exactly what I was expecting. I’m new to retinoid’s, but after having done extensive research I found adapalene gel is the best you can get without a prescription. You do have to be careful to not overuse this product or you will have burns! Since I started using it just three days a week instead of every other day and amped up my moisturizer game I’ve had no more issues. It is essential you use a sunscreen with this in the daytime and I use a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid as needed. I have pretty sensitive skin and am very prone to breakouts but I’ve had no troubles so far. I’ve only been using it about a month so I can’t actually see any results as of yet but only time will tell. I will try to update if possible with photos in a few months with before and afters. Also with Summer coming, we’ll see how well it holds up in all the sun! I did get a pretty bad burn initially around my eyes, you have to apply it lightly around your eyes and I do NOT recommend using the Vaseline trick as this stuff is meant to absorb naturally. Too much saturation WILL cause your skin to burn and crack! It feels like the worst sunburn you’ve ever had but crispier. It is not pleasant. A couple days of coating on hyaluronic acid moisturizer though gave me much needed relief and took care of the problem. Most dermatologists recommend you only need three things for perfect skin, a good retinoid, SPF, and moisturizer. This is a much more affordable option than the name brand and see absolutely no reason why it shouldn’t work just as well. A little goes a long way and it doesn’t leave any greasy residue. It is recommended you don’t use it straight out of the shower or right after washing your face as it absorbs too quickly that way. So wait a few minutes after washing your face to apply it, go easy around the eyes as the skin is much thinner there, and then wait another ten to fifteen minutes and generously apply some moisturizer. Follow these steps and use this product conscientiously and you should have no problems.
