YAY for NO MORE PILLS! Or shots, drinks, powders or otherwise!
This new trend that companies are exploring of alternative ways to get their vitamins in us was starting to worry me for a few years. It seemed like everything was “Pills are Bad!” and “Shots & Drinks & Powders are Great!”, but both are policies which I vehemently disagree with. Too MANY pills are bad, yes, but for the love of everything on this planet do not complicate my day with some crappy flavor that tastes terrible with the artificial sweetener overload. Oh, sure you could start eating gummies, but man, have you looked into how much added sugars are in those things? Geez!Enter patches. I love these things. I don’t throw a bunch of vitamins on my stomach all at once with my other more important drugs and risk the whole shebang coming up anymore. No. Instead, a little piece of adhesive cloth about a square inch in size delivers a steady stream of what I need via my skin so that I can process it all day long, and therefore, get more of it.90 days of B vitamins delivered via a transdermal patch that you barely even notice is there versus 90 days of a giant vitamin pill that you know your body is only using ten percent of if that. Eh. Patches Please!

I like them
I like vitamin patches because bigger pills hurt my stomach, and these work really well imo. None of my vitamin levels suck except my b12, but that’s to be expected with my autoimmune. I think they’re super easy to use and love how many come in the package. My only complaint is they could stick better. I’ve worn them on my wrist to sleep and always lose them by morning. So aim for a spot that’s covered by clothes or wear them during the day if clothes aren’t much of a thing at night. Over all I’m happy with them and the price tag. Would recommend.

These small patches pack a big punch, value for your money
There was not a lot of information on the ordering page, but got these to see how effective they were. They are small patches you put on and wear for up to 8 hours, which I suggest you do first thing upon waking up( because they may keep you awake if you do it at bedtime). I find taking a lot of supplements early in the morning by mouth, tends to upset my stomach, but the patch works all day giving you a constant small supply, not a “hit” in the morning. They have the right methylated form of B9 and B12, folate and cobalamin. lots of vitamins and minerals. There are 90 patches,with 30 in a sealed pouch, so you get 3 packets, for $20 you get 3 months worth of vitamins. I travel and taking just these small lightweight patches makes it very simple, no water no pills . I can put the patch on under my clothes so not to notice.

Easy to use
Patches for getting the body to absorb medication and nutrients seems to becoming more popular. These vitamin patches are easy to use, are discreet and very convenient. These patches are to be worn for 8 hours. If you want to only take half of the level of vitamins in a patch you just cut the patch in half. You get 90 days at the recommended dose. If you apply half a patch then this extends to 180 days of supply at a reasonable price point. I like that these patches are produced in the UK. If you find pills inconvenient, difficult to take, or have reactions, this method may be for you. I like the patch method because it circumvents the digestion system.

Not sure they help
This is a fantastic way to take multivitamins if they work. They adhere best to clean, freshly washed skin. They don’t smell bad (like some tablet multivitamins do), nor do they feel sticky or greasy. They are non-irritating and don’t tear my skin when I take them off. They don’t change color or appear to be used up with wearing. Great idea, but I’m not sure how much my body is absorbing and there’s no way for me to tell.

Great way to get your vitamins!!
I love these vitamin patches. They are discreet and so easy to apply and don’t irritate my skin. I take a good amount of vitamins and supplements. When I travel, I don’t want to take a bunch of pills with me. These patches make my life so much easier. If I don’t have time to prepare my pill regiment or if my stomach isn’t up to taking all my pills, I have a nice fallback. It is a 90 day supply, so these will last me for a while.

An interesting way to get vitamins…
I wanted to check these out and see just what they were about. Obviously they are patches, but I’ve been taking pills and such for quite some time, as we all have.So these patches give you most of what you need, and very convenient too. Just peel and stick. I just started this today, so I’ll see what they do for me and come back to update this review when I see something.The plus is you get a 90-day supply, that should definitely show something. I have to stop my multi-vitamin for this course, so I don’t get too much of everything.Currently priced at $19.99 for the amount you get, seems very practical.
