My senior Catahoula loves these TEAM DOG Calming Chews. Her hips are getting stiff, so I give her two chews a day to help keep her relaxed. They don’t upset her stomach like another brand I tried before. Of course, individual reactions to supplements can vary, but this one is working well for my 58lb, 14-year-old dog.

I picked these chews for my lovely doggy Helga, she is a very nervous big dog that freaks out when there is loud sounds which makes me assume she is very sensitive to sound, when I first opened the package it gave me a strong chemical sent that got me a bit concerned but then figured it smelled just like my multivitamin and its actually the scent of minerals. I gave Helga 2 pieces to see her reaction at first she looked down to the floor where i placed them and she was confused by the scent then looked back at me and it took her a few seconds to actually eat them up. They seem to have been effective in calming her during some loud sounding activities like children passing by or people walking their dogs even fireworks or the trash truck passing by even motorcycles that ride through my block. She seemed mellow and happier while under the effects of these calming chews. She got really chilled out and wasnt running around as much which makes me think age really felt the effects, i would recommend these for someone who has a hyperactive or really nervous dog at home. Great quality

German Shepard with anxiety; didn’t really see a difference
I have a German Shepard with anxiety, and I wanted to try out some treats that would hopefully help calm his verves a bit. Following the recommended dose, after a few weeks of trying I honestly didn’t see any difference in his behavior. He did eat the treats with no problem, so the flavor seems to be okay, I’m just not sold on the benefits this treat claims to provide.

Good quality and a good price
My dog seems to enjoy the taste and eats them with ease. He is right on the border for having 3 or 4 chews. I just go with the lower dose because I don’t really like giving melatonin often anyway. My dog has some anxiety during thunderstorms storms and his sleep is disrupted on nights when we get strong storms. In the Midwest, those storms are common. So having a calming aid to help him sleep well is important. These chews seem to do the trick. He wakes up less often and isn’t pacing. I do not give these every night, only as needed. I think these chews will also help him the next time he is in boarding too.He wears a tracker, so I notice his sleep while in boarding is minimal and he is definitely restless at night, away from home. I have confidence that these chews could help him relax easier at night in boarding, also. Having these in chew form makes it very easy to administer the proper dosage and I’ll be able to just add the chews to his nightly meal bags for boarding.I’m a little surprised by the price, usually the calming chews I’ve purchased before have been 3 times this cost. I think this company has good quality products, though, as I’ve bought some of their other products before.

Worked For Separation Anxiety
I was so pleasantly surprised by the efficacy of this item. I dog sit a lot for my sister and while Buffy knows me and my house, I think she still has separation anxiety when she knows her mama is once again going to leave her. I ordered this product and gave it to her as an evening treat about 2 hours before I was going to go to bed. Buffy’s anxiety often flared at that time and while I’m no pet psychiatrist, maybe my going to sleep (or trying to) seemed like I was leaving her too, I don’t know. So to try and give us both a better night of sleep, I gave her a calming chew, and what I can say instead of whining and pacing toward the front door, she came over and crawled in bed with me and laid down. She still kept a good glance on the bedroom door as if wishing mama would appear at any moment, but she wasn’t pacing which I felt was definite progress. Finally she did lay down, give a big sigh, and sleep enough that she was exhibiting dreaming behaviors, so I was further assured she was hitting good dog sleep — and that meant I got a better night of rest so I could be a great dog Aunt the next morning. Up we were, off in the car for a trip to the park. I think even Buffy was pleasantly surprised.I haven’t used these on felines, but for your woofies, they definitely get my approval.As always, consult your veterinary team before trying any over-the-counter products just as you would for yourself.

Using this to help dog tolerate fireworks and thunderstorms.Chews are quickly ate by dog with no coaxing.We give it to her about an hour ahead of time.

Didn’t notice a difference with my dog.
Good ingredients and company. I gave my dog the recommended amount a couple hours before having company, I didn’t notice any difference in his hyper actions. Still makes for a good occasional treat.
