My Doctor Couldn’t Believe It!
I went off my statin due to the back pain and aching about 6 months ago. When I went for my lipid panel last month, my doctor asked me if I was working out or had changed my diet. While my overall cholesterol number was still over 200, my ratio was drastically improved with my good cholesterol being the best it’s ever been. Even my stubborn triglycerides came down a bit.
