FROM THE BOOK: Stop the Sniffles Diffuser Blend
To diffuse the blend:
Add the recommended drops to the diffuser and diffuse throughout the room in 30-minute increments (30 minutes on/30 minutes off) to avoid overexposure.
To make the blend:
Add all the essential oils to an empty essential oil bottle (or any dark glass bottle with a dropper) and gently swirl the bottle to combine.
Dosing:
0-6 months: 2 drops, 6-24 months: 4 drops, 2-6 years: 6 drops, 6+ years: 8 drops.

Great book, super informative and practical for using on the fly
This book is awesome!The author really knows her stuff and has so much to offer. I love that it has the charts of dilutions for each age of child for essential oil safety on her main recipes for babies, kids of all ages. It makes whipping something up much easier during busy times of worry with illness. I just got this book and I already used it for the annual noro virus that made it’s rounds here in the bay area. There was a cough suppressing chest rub blend and a air sanitizing room diffuse blend and hand sanitize blend for trying to keep the virus from spreading and bathing blends. I am sure there was more but that’s all I had time to manage to make while being sick myself. I also am in love with her blog.. and I never have time to read blogs but hers has everything I need to make..My perspective: **since we live on the farm we don’t have the desire to head into the city for every little product from Walmart or Target (Try not to support them). I always have my oil, essential oil kit.. instead of pharmaceuticals we keep from needing a doctor. The trick is.. be sick… stay home and take care of yourself or your family. A quick fix is not a training opportunity for your body to become stronger from the experience while getting sick and THEN GETTING BETTER NATURALLY is!Self thought: **Man.. I wish I had someone make it all for me every time I get sick….lol **

I love this book!! I highly recommend it to anyone starting with essential oils or like myself who’s used them for many many years, but just had a little one and needed some guidance.The book is beautiful, very easy to read and follow. I felt very good about taking her advice; she’s really done her homework and is very conservative when it comes to infants and oils and I appreciated that.I love the breakdown for each age and all the very helpful recipes. We are loving the baby chest rub.I highly recommend this book for any new or not new mamma!I’m planning to give three close mamma friends them as gifts!

This book also contains MANY recipes to help with whatever and it is organized according to the various stages of pregnancy and child age. I LOVE this book. There is so much information to sift through online when trying to search natural or essential oil remedies to anything. I especially wanted to be careful while growing my baby inside my body to not trust just any information. This book breaks it down into easily searchable sections for pregnancy/postpartum/baby etc. and made me feel safe using oils while pregnant to ease the aches and pains, allergies, etc. that come along with it.
