The book provides a great autobiographical look at Dr Sebi and his life, practice, ideals, and beliefs. I love how he shows you how Dr Sebi implemented these ideas and practices in his own life and then sharing it with us so that we can see how he came to those conclusions and how beneficial these can be to our lives. It was amazing to see how foods and cravings are connected. It’s jammed pack with information on fasting, alkalinity, herbs and their power, self healing, recipes, and so much more. What’s nice is how the author lays out how to heal specific diseases, how to live the female/male/child life with this information in mind. Definitely something you want to take your time with not because it’s difficult to understand but simply the wealth of information contained between the covers. Overall it’s well written and easy to understand.
