It’s a great value for its strength.However, it’s very strong and can cause irritation, especially if your skin is sensitive or if you’re new to acids. Use it only once or twice a week, for no more than 10 minutes, and always follow with sunscreen. It works — but you have to be careful with it.

I’m a beginner to skincare and especially to chemical peels. People on the internet warned me that this wasn’t beginner-friendly, but I strongly disagree. This was a perfect introduction. The instructions were very clear, the peel itself was simple to use, and the results have been great. I’m working on some acne scars and general skin redness on both my face and arms. On my arms, I don’t usually feel anything from the peel (which I use about twice a week), but the results are quickly visible in the next day or two. On my face, there’s a light stinging kind of itchy sensation, but it’s not unbearable or painful, and I still like the results. I really like this peel and I think the slow and steady ones are probably a better fit for me than the more intense ones people talk about!
