I’ve been using The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA regularly, and it’s quickly become a favorite in my skincare routine. Face breakouts-but AMAZING everywhere else!
I’ve been using this moisturizer in a few different ways, and my experience has been mixed—but mostly positive with a few caveats. First off, I should have paid closer attention before purchasing—it’s not labeled as non-comedogenic. Unfortunately, it did cause breakouts on my face, so I won’t be using it there anymore.That said, it’s been fantastic for other areas. It works beautifully around my eyes, on my neck, and across my décolletage—hydrating without any irritation. I’ve also started using it as a full-body moisturizer, and it’s a total win in that department. It absorbs quickly, leaves my skin incredibly soft and smooth, and there’s no sticky or greasy residue at all.So while it didn’t work out for my face, it’s earned a solid spot in my routine as a body and targeted-area moisturizer.

This is a good moisturizer overall. It’s definitely the best moisturizer at this price point. I love this brand, so I’m going to find the right combination of their products for my skin. This is unscented and it makes my skin very soft and glowy.

The perfect moisture without residue
I purchased this face moisturizer because I have had a bout of really dry skin lately. I read reviews as I am always hesitant because my face is very sensitive when it comes to moisturizers. I can’t stand the feeling of having a coating of cream on my face. Some moisturizers tend to rub off into something that looks like dead skin but it’s all moisturizer, and some literally just don’t do the job. I used this the first time and instantly felt that this was a smart purchase. It literally soaked into my skin without a coating or layer of lotion sitting on my face. It made my skin feel hydrated and not greasy feeling. It literally only takes a small amount for your entire face and there is no fragrance which I love about it. My skin didn’t have any reaction to it that would be considered a bad reaction and I love that my face was touchable soft. FyI I just turned 50 and I have normal skin that has now become dry and this worked perfectly. I will buy again after I find some serums as well.

Too mild of a moisturizer
I have combination oily and dry skin, so my concern with this moisturizer was that it was going to go on too thick and make me break out. I actually had the opposite issue–it felt like it sat very much on top of my dry skin, particularly around my mouth and nose, and when it finally absorbed it felt like I had barely put any on. It didn’t make me break out, but it also didn’t really help the dry parts of my face

Para empezar, decir que tengo la piel normal y mixta, además de sensible. Hay marcas que me dan alergia y me pica la piel. Por ello he usado Hydraphase de LaRochePosay (que está indicada para pieles sensibles). Esta crema hidrata igual y tiene una textura algo más densa, lo que en un principio no me ha resultado molesto ni para maquillarme después ni la sensación que deja, pues se absorbe en seguida. Si buscas una crema hidratante y respetuosa, esta lo es pero no esperes milagros o diferencias en la piel (aunque de las cremas no lo habría que esperar… )Pues es simplemente hidratante, pero cumple perfectamente su función. Además su precio está bien.
