Awesome product! Works like a charm
I was a little skeptical about The Ordinary at first because of how affordable their stuff is, but this salicylic acid serum genuinely surprised me. I’ve been dealing with clogged pores and the occasional breakout, especially around my T-zone, and this actually made a noticeable difference after just a few uses. The texture is lightweight and sinks in pretty fast not sticky or greasy at all. I use it mostly at night, a few times a week, and it helps keep my skin feeling smooth and clearer overall. It doesn’t dry me out like some other salicylic products I’ve tried, but I still follow it up with moisturizer just in case. What I really like is that it helps prevent breakouts more than just treating existing ones. I still get a pimple here and there, but it’s way less frequent, and they don’t last as long. Definitely a staple in my routine now.

Great product! Great for acne prone sensitive skin, I have medium tan skin that shows hyperpigmentation and acne scarring. So I started my skincare regimen with a lot of products from the ordinary line and I’m so glad I did. It’s great value for the ingredients list and strength, they deliver on helping the skin and skin barrier in multiple ways. The serum is easy to use, doesn’t have a scent, absorbs into the skin well with no stinging or itching. And as long as you stay consistent in your skincare you should see results in less than a month.

Keeps my pores clean.I apply just to the pores thst have oxidized sebum (look like black heads but they aren’t)I apply this nightly and my pores stay clean looking. Less oxidized sebum. (Castor oil cleans them out completely)The consistency is nice. Its not to thin and watery but not too thick like a cream. Its a perfect serum consistency. Stays put and because its thicker doesnt roll down the face fast. Its a slow moving serum.No added fragrance or scent. Its just a straight salicyclic acid serum. I really like the no added fragrence as I am quite sensitive to overly scented items.I have normal skin, my t zone gets a bit more oil/sebum production then other areas but it is a pretty tiny amount. Its not overly greasy looking but definitely more oilyness then my cheeks (as it should be)This doesnt dry me out or cause more oil production. Its lightwieght and dries quickly.I use a pretty heavy moisturizer (la roche cicaplast) as my nightly moisturizer to help loco in all the products i used so my face benefits the most from it.

I have extremely acne-prone skin, and during one of my worst breakouts, this serum was a total lifesaver. The Ordinary’s Salicylic Acid 2% Solution helped calm everything down so quickly, and it’s honestly one of the best salicylic acid products I’ve ever tried. For the price, it feels like a steal—it works just as well (if not better) than way more expensive treatments.I love The Ordinary as a brand because they keep things simple, effective, and affordable, and this product is the perfect example. AMAZING for oily congested skin
This is the more concentrated of the two SA solutions from The Ordinary, and it did amazing things for my skin. Within an hour of putting the first application on I noticed a difference in the texture/small acne breakouts on my forehead/cheeks/chin. I have now used this product for 4 days and have seen a HUGE improvement in my skin. If you are prone to dry skin I’d recommend the other SA but if you’re oily and semi acne prone I would recommend this 100%. It works by increasing cell turnover and pushing the pimple out so your skin may purge a little before it gets totally clear, just be careful and moisturize! Also don’t use alongside anything vitamin C as it can interfere with the potency/chemicals and make this not as effective! 10/10 overall.

It worked for my rosacea and mild acne which were stubborn and had for 10 years as an adult
I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s a really good product. This product worked great for my acne which I struggled for 10 years to get rid of. I also had rosacea, doesn’t dry you but will help you gently peel after a couple of hours which by then you’re probably asleep or don’t notice it. I also did a chemical peel 3 sessions before but it didn’t reduce completely and was losing hope. After getting this product I prayed that this heals my acne forever. I think this is the product for that.

Dudaba en comprarlo por aquí porque veía muchos comentarios donde decían que el producto era falso, pero sí es original, o al menos a mí me llegó original. Se nota en la calidad del producto. I brought this after reading reviews, I suffer from hormonal breakouts, after a week of using this I noticed an improvement in my skin, I use it every night before bed, it absorbs well and doesn’t have a scent, it’s a great price and a little goes a long way so will last for a good amount of time, application is easy it has a little pipette, I’m in my 40s and find this good for my skin., great price
