Most effective melatonin I’ve come across
This is the only effective melatonin I’ve come across. I tried several brands of tablets. I never felt like it did anything. This one works. I actually get sleepy after taking it.This melatonin comes in capsule form. I wonder if that’s why. But if you’ve felt like melatonin doesn’t work, try this brand.

Caution Advised
Not everyone can use this product. I experienced the negative side effects of headache, nausea and dizziness that others have reported. This may be because it has a higher potency than similar products available at the local drugstore due to the manufacturer’s “higher” production standards. What a shame. I was looking forward to having my sleep difficulties resolved by using this company’s melatonin. The search continues.

Works Okay, But Not ConsistentI’ve been using this melatonin for a few weeks now, and while it does help me fall asleep, the effects aren’t always consistent. Some nights, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed, but other nights, I toss and turn for hours. The dosage is just right, but it seems like the effectiveness varies depending on the day. I also experience some grogginess in the morning on occasion, which is something I wasn’t expecting. It’s not bad, but I think I might try a different brand next time to see if it works better for me.
